Apollo the God of the Sun, Music, and, Health

    Apollo was the Greek God of the sun, music, and health.  He was worshiped when someone was sick or hurt.  Apollo lives on top of a mountain known as Mt. Olympus.  Most all the Gods and Goddesses lived there.  Along with Apollo living on Mt. Olympus was his twin sister, Artemis.  Artemis and Apollo were complete opposites.  Apollo was the God of the sun, and Artemis was the Goddess of the moon.  Apollo was protector of men, but Artemis hated men and was the protector of women and children.  Apollo was a great Greek God.
